1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

At GlowStudio.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original packaging
    • With all tags, seals, and accessories intact

Products that are opened, used, damaged by the customer, or without original packaging will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items including skincare, cosmetics, beauty tools, personal care, and hygiene-related products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable.

2. Return or Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Product details
  • Clear photos in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Once your request is reviewed and approved, GlowStudio.pk will arrange the return process.

If the issue is verified as our mistake (wrong, defective, or damaged product), GlowStudio.pk will cover:

  • Return shipping charges
  • Replacement delivery charges

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request quickly, kindly share:

  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of packaging (if applicable)
  • Order details

After verification, we will offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • Or a refund, depending on product availability and customer preference

4. Refund Policy

GlowStudio.pk offers the following refund options:

Store Voucher

  • Receive a voucher equal to your refund amount
  • Voucher validity: 3 months
  • Redeemable on future purchases at GlowStudio.pk

Cash Refund

  • Refunds to the original payment method are processed within 48 to 72 hours after approval of the returned item
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage caused during shipping
  • Products used or damaged by the customer
  • Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items marked as non-returnable

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch confirmation. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, and the standard return policy will apply.
