Return & Cancellation Policy

GlowStudio.pk offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days.

Return Conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Refund & Exchange:

  • Eligible products may be exchanged, refunded, or credited based on the issue reported.
  • If a damaged or defective item is received, GlowStudio.pk will arrange a replacement or process a refund after verification.
  • No additional shipping charges will apply for replacement of defective or incorrect products.

Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy process.
